Transport your Oahu Cake in a cool, air-conditioned vehicle. The cake should be placed on a flat surface, ideally the floorboard of your vehicle, to ensure stability during transport.
Please remember that heat can affect the frosting; therefore, it is crucial not to leave your Oahu Cake in the car for extended durations.
3. Storing Your Oahu Cake
Your cake must be stored in the refrigerator.
To achieve the best flavor and texture, let your Oahu Cake stand at room temperature for about 1 hours before serving.
Any remaining cake should be stored in the refrigerator, but remember to allow it to reach room temperature 30 minutes to an hour before serving.
