Cake Care Instructions

Aloha, and thank you for choosing Oahu Cakes. We take pride in crafting our cakes for your special moments. To ensure your cake remains in optimal condition, please adhere to the following care instructions:

1. Handling Your Oahu Cake

Carry your Oahu Cake with both hands placed underneath for support. Please refrain from holding the cake by the sides to prevent the board from bending and compromising the integrity of the frosting.

2. Transporting Your Oahu Cake

Transport your Oahu Cake in a cool, air-conditioned vehicle. The cake should be placed on a flat surface, ideally the floorboard of your vehicle, to ensure stability during transport.

Please remember that heat can affect the frosting; therefore, it is crucial not to leave your Oahu Cake in the car for extended durations.

3. Storing Your Oahu Cake

Your cake must be stored in the refrigerator.

To achieve the best flavor and texture, let your Oahu Cake stand at room temperature for about 1 hours before serving.

Any remaining cake should be stored in the refrigerator, but remember to allow it to reach room temperature 30 minutes to an hour before serving.

Fondant-adorned cakes from Oahu Cakes should not be frozen.

4. Additional Information

Handle sugar decorations on your Oahu Cake with care as they are delicate and may break easily.

All our cakes at Oahu Cakes contain dairy, eggs, gluten, and may contain nuts.

Responsibility for the cake's care is transferred to the client upon pickup or delivery.

Thank you again for your trust in Oahu Cakes. We hope you thoroughly enjoy our carefully crafted delicacy!
